METHODS OF PAYMENT:

We accept all major credit and debit cards. When you place an order with Compatible Nutraceuticals, Inc., your card will be “authorized” for the entire order amount. For some credit cards this will appear as if it was an actual charge. However, sometimes it is simply an authorization. When using a debit card the authorization will freeze these funds in your account. Compatible Nutraceuticals, Inc. is not responsible for any bank fees associated with authorization of debit cards linked to checking accounts.

A card “authorization” is provided to merchants upon the initial order to guarantee that the merchant will be able to charge a credit or debit card for the purchase amount when an order ships. A credit or debit card “charge” is the actual transfer of funds from the credit card agency or bank to the merchant for the sale. If an order is not shipped or cancelled, the “authorization” will automatically be removed within 3 business days (depending on your individual bank) by the card company and those funds will be released back to your account.

CANADIAN SHIPMENTS:

Compatible Nutraceuticals, Inc. is able to ship to Canada via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. However, due to import regulations we cannot be held responsible for the safe arrival of your products, as Health Canada imposes different regulations and label requirements than those imposed by the FDA (Food & Drug Administration) of the United States.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

Compatible Nutraceuticals, Inc. can ship internationally using reputable carriers accept for countries against which the United States of America has trade restrictions or export sanctions as determined by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). While your order may take some time to arrive, we are glad that educated consumers across the world now have the opportunity to experience our great supplements.
