LUCID Beauty pills are of the following sizes:

• Beige color pill is 3/16” thick and 3/8” round;
• Mustard color pill is 3/16” thick and 3/8” round;
• Brown pill is 5/16” thick and 3/8” round.

Suggested Use: Take 1 pill of each color per day, separating the 3 doses by 4-6 hours. Consume with food.
